You mean StarCraft said in game that the parameter was incorrect, but only in melee? Thats weird, I've never tested wavs in melee, and I havn't really checked if wav's were being saved correctly. But if it plays correct in UMS is sounds like its being compiled correctly, so im not sure whats up. I'll take a look at your map and example later tonight when i got time.
Oh yeah, it does... When compiling to a GOT/TRIG compatable *.trg it strips the string and "should" disable the PlayWAV trigger. Try decompiling the trigger file, if the PlayWAV isn't disabled then I havn't properly done that (or i'll just do it later tonight when i have time). But yeah, it is not possible to play WAVs using GOT *.trg's. Sorry
