"BWAI crashes in some expand routine"

Hello,
I use BWAI scripts(mostly RACINE 3 cheating) to train my BWAPI bot against.
The issue is that after some games I experience random SC crashes. Might be a coincidence but I've seen the "Vespene geyser depleted" msg at the same time the crash occurs.

So can this issue be fixed? I like the level of play of the BWAI opponents but the random crashes mess up with my learning methods :S

The crash occurs when "expand" is called from the script, that's the only lead I have atm.

Which matchup does it crash during?

Maybe Racine3 still has some problems?

It has happened a few times during long series of FFA games with 3 random opponents on ICCUP Python 1.3

Could you get a list of all the players' races? It's most likely crashing in some kind of specific matchup.

I tried to isolate a crash in one of the huge 100+ premade ai vs ai replay pak. I tried a handful w/ rac3.0 and the launcher but without incident. If i find one, i'll report.

hmmm, Idk, it only happens with the modified patch_rq file(integrated RACINE 3 cheating). With the original patch file It doesn't seem to crash there.

Did you use the script from the original patch file or did you use a different one>?

Hmm, I've seen Racine's script crash very rarely, sometimes after in an AIvsAI match where I let it run after the enemy's been eliminated. Unfortunately, it's impossible to duplicate and is just really really rare. All I can really say is look at the end; but I really see nothing wrong with it-- it's very straightforward

If you noted it happens on python; I would wonder if it has to do with the AI wanting to expand to the island. Most of it is unbuildable and could cause issues. The vast majority of scripts do not take islands into account.
