If you are not playing campaign/UMS maps than you can just continue and ignore the warning.

When BWAILauncher compiles the selected AI scripts, it loads its default aiscript.bin and bwscript.bin (located in Libs/MPQ/scripts/), and puts the compiled scripts into them, so as to keep all other default AI scripts. If this doesn't/can't happen, BWAILauncher creates a completely new set with only the selected scripts in it, so the campaign and UMS AI scripts will not be there.

To fix the issue, make sure the values for 'defaultai' and 'defaultbw' inside Libs/settings.txt are pointing to valid aiscript.bin and bwscript.bin files respectively.
