Blizzhard 2 was a Broodwar mod that modified the Campaign AI scripts of the game to make the campaigns more challenging. It was hosted on broodwarai.com and since that site is now down, the mod lost.
If someone is keeping the files or knows of a mirror, please give me a link?

I have also seeked it for a long time, I asked for it at teamliqud, but even no one know it.
I think it has been lost, there is only Blizzhard 1 in BWAI3.1.
But for what I found, I suspect baja did not finish it, there only once had a test version with few level.
Maybe you should ask baja himself at teamliqud, but he rarely appears.
BTW, there is a mod named "The UED AI Project" do the same thing as Blizzhard, you can find it here http://www.staredit.net/topic/17383/
