Multiplayer using BWAPI client on two computers

Postby DeathEagle » Fri Jan 07, 2011 9:53 am

I have made a small scale combat map in two versions. One for multiplayer (two human players) and one for single player against the build in AI of StarCraft (one human, one computer player), apart from that, both maps are exactly alike.

My AI is working for the single player version, bot when I make a multiplayer game, and join the game with another computer, my bot loads as it should, bot doesn't move at all.
I'm using Map Settings.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
BWAPI 3.3Beta
bwapi-mono-bridge 3.3a
Windows 7 x64
Starcraft 1.16.1

Any ideas or guides to make network working, when using the client version of BWAPI.
As far as I know the multiinstance on one computer doesn't work for the client version, right?

Are you sure the units are being ordered to move in your code? Check the replay and see if your bot is sending the commands.
