BWAPI game state

Is there a direct way to get the game state in BWAPI, preferably the state as seen by the agent (i.e., subject to the fog of war)? This basically corresponds to the map information available. The remaining state information (unit orders, etc.) isn't really necessary.

Is there no function to get this map information or did I miss it?

This is the default behavior, just don't enable the CompleteMapInformation flag during onStart.
