Here's a long game of mass marines versus Drachlen's mass zealot bot. Both bots had trouble with resources for various reasons, but the fights are nice and bloody :D

This is a basic AI that makes workers, buildings, scouts, and attacks the enemy. It's very one-dimensional, but it might have some code that people will find useful.

I was also wondering why that marine wasn't dying. Turns out he had 200 hp.

It looks like it'll be just us for a while.

For people that don't know how to use IRC: download the Firefox plugin "chatzilla" and start that up. Then join [s]quakenet[/s] freenode and then type /join #BWAPI

At least that's what I'm do.

Use the minerals and the command center to form a line/axis. Then use a pre-planned base pattern that you rotate around the axis. So if you want barracks in front and depots on the side you tell your ai where to place them in terms of that axis and the direction. So barracks would go like 5 tiles aw...
