study and look at PEAI. it is very cleverly built. you pick 1 of 3 races as well as 1 of 3 doctrines and even 1 of 3 AI. I'm unsure of where to take this project, which is why it sort of sits here and doesn't get updated. :( Build a grafted mod, but unlike other mods, give the player some power or some money as well! Then you can make the AI as hard as you want. As it is now, playing against these Ultimate Obscene AI...

Am planning to alter the shadow pole to that of the hero reaver with scarabs to increase the value of choosing this doctrine I like the idea, but will this unit still take up 1 transport supply? :) Dropping 18 of these badboys with just 3 Familiars could be quite a shock! what .grp/s do creep use? I was curious about the uncompressed format ShadowFlare suggested and wanted to take a look, but couldn't find a reference in the .dat files.

If a version is released with all of the non-working ones having been removed/disabled, I'd consider adding this data file to SCMLoader. IIRC, PEAI.exe has all of the non-working ones disabled. Looks like the Tools section also has an unofficial 1.16.1FGraft with all of the non-working ones removed...

Nice! The mixed race of the AI was a bit confusing at times. I think the summoner teleports IIRC? Computer players are easy to code for teleport movement and would make a fun unit. Hint hint :D
